Its primary purpose is to enhance the memory and disseminate the figure and legacy of Marc Viader i Bas, as well as to cultivate and promote the values of entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity in the various fields of business, culture, and knowledge.

The foundation oversees the conservation, classification, and dissemination of the Marc Viader i Bas Documentary Collection, as well as the architectural and artistic heritage of his legacy. Among the foundation’s museum activities is the public exhibition of cultural and business assets of interest, such as those related to the brands Cacaolat and Letona, the M. Viader-Cardedeu Farm, the historical archive, and the foundation’s own headquarters, known as “Casa Viader”, a Noucentista building of high architectural interest, designed by architect M. J. Raspall, with its gardens and the art and furniture collections it contains. 

Also noteworthy are the exemplary and innovative agricultural farm conceived by Marc Viader i Bas in Cardedeu, as well as the family mausoleum in the Cardedeu cemetery, also by M. J. Raspall, and other unique rural properties for their ecological, environmental, and agronomic value.
